Mt. Hood Doberman Pinscher Club Specialty, "Chance" goes
Best of Winners for a 4 -point major on January 19,  2011.  Thanks to judge, Barbara

Introducing: Wingate's Soul Shaker

"Shak" is pictured at 11 months old with his handler, Mary Leahy.  In Idaho, he went Best of Winner's and Best of Opposite Sex 3 consecutive days and then Best of Breed over specials. He is a Ch. Wyndems Knight's Quest son out of Ch. Wingate's Flare Up (2007 DPCA RWB).  He is owned by Wingate.

"Vada"
becomes the first Doberman in history to
earn the VST (Variable Surface Tracking Title).
She is owned, trained and handled
by Jan Plagenz, Menomenee Falls, WI

FLASH!!!!!!!

The VST test is one of the most difficult tests for a tracking dog. This test replicates tracking in a real world situation. The VST challenges the dog to track on a three to five hour old track over various surfaces such as vegetation, concrete, and sand. Rain, snow, and various weather conditions may also add to the challenge .

from the 6-9 Puppy class.  Watch for this stunning puppy
when her handler returns from maternity leave in March.

"Roca" is our special boy here at Wingate and he is starting his show career with a BANG!!  In a B-Match of over 100, he goes Best in Match just before his 6 month debut.  His second outing in the 6-9 class, he goes WD/BOS
for two points and, the next day, goes WD/BOW/BOS for two more points!!!!

"Toots" would not be outdone by her brother. After going Reserve Winner's at her very first show, she knocks off a 3-point major at Sammamish Kennel Club at 7 month of age.  The next week, at the highly contested Rose City Cluster, she wins a 4-point major from the 6-9 class!!!!!
